I just returned from several months in Central America. And the day I returned I had iguana eggs for breakfast, airline pretzels for lunch and a $7 shot of Jack Daniels for dinner at the Houston Airport, where I spent two hours listening to a Christian religious fanatic tell about Obama running a worldwide child porn ring out of the White House. Entering the country shoeless through airport homeland security, holding up my pants because they don't let old men wear suspenders through security, well, I knew I was back home in the land of the free. 

To others who read this, argue it, agree with it but if you can, repost it somewhere else.  Let's start some dialogues...

To President-Elect Obama:

I'm just one of the millions.

I know I'm not posting anything new...

but has anyone realized that this political debauchery that is currently happening called the "presidential race" is like the question "Paper or Plastic" without the option of bringing your own bag?

Ok... please don't butcher me for this post, as I'm going to post a few ideas that are contrary to the "accepted" idea of global warming, and I'd like to point out that I am not sure about what effects humans have had or having on the enviornment, or whether global warming, global cooling, or a giant volcano is going to "end the world" (human world) as we know it. The following is an opinion based on loose facts and an a general opinion, which can be easily changed by facts.

After having pressed the limits of copyright by lifting a huge quote from Schmookler's book in my last post, I've made the pleasant discovery that Schmookler is very conversationally engaged with all comers at his blog. And I've joined in a debate with him about Al Gore.

I was watching Green: the New Red, White and Blue on the Discovery Channel last night, and it occurred to me that global warming has now become a political problem, and:
