What he is talking about is actually as old as the pyramids. What he is talking about like the timeless and temporal universe is old philosophy coming from the ancient Egyptians and is discussed at length in Platonism and Neoplatonism eg idealism. And the example of the 4 dimensional hand passing through the 3 dimensional world would appear as rings comes from a rather interesting subject called Sacred Geometry, wich also comes from ancient Egypt. I havent thought of the idea of aliens to be those beings in the eternal realm before, Ive called them spirit beings or archetypes or ideal beings. And I find it to be fascinating subjects as well. But I dont understand why the police is in any way a problem and what it has to do with anything.
