Curious if anyone has read the book "Voluntary Simplicity" and what their thoughts were on it... I'm finding it a very good companion to Quinns work.. and possibly a clearer direction to go with my life... Also if anyone had any advice on how to bring simplicity into ones life.. I'm having issues facing some demons.

My husband is Japanese (from Tokyo) and I'm from Northern California.

We have random conversations from time to time on the Japanese language vs. the English, The Japanese (and chinese) culture vs.l the Western culture, etc. Plus I catch random NPR shows that discuss the 'difference' between the Eastern Philosophy and the Western.
