The term FAIR TRADE is debated by anonymous....

|

This is a debate that happened on the JUSTCOFFEE.COOP website that posed some very interesting questions about fair trade coffee.   Just Coffee has a blog site that welcomes questions of any material, cause fair trade is a lifestyle, not just an ideal.

From the Jungle to the Prairie: An Attempt of Sustainablity

| | | | | |

So I thought it would be cool to show you some of the things we do at Meadowlark to be more sustainable. One of the major things we do is try to keep things out of the land fill. One of the ways we accomplish this is by donating our grounds to the city parks and recreation compost pile and the community gardens compost pile.

Christina's third day at Meadowlark: Video

| | | |

I thought I'd give you a little taste of my daily life. If you'd like, you can give me some questions for my co-workers and I'll interview them for you. Like real anthropologists! Today I just asked them what their favorite part of the day was and what their least favorite part.

Today I found myself with little on my to do list. So I decided to take the girls out to a place my wife and I visited briefly during one of our adventures many moons ago. The Stuhr Museum in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Rewilding in Lincoln Part III

| | | | |

Okay! Added some more debris to the hut. I noticed how nice the gods are for making living things green and dead things brown. It's alot easier to find debris that way. Sorry if the photos are too dark. I took them just before I left. Sooner or later I'll be sleeping in this. So far it's taken about six hours to build. Hopefully, I be able to pick up the pace with practice.

Pigeon Posioning

| | | |

Hi guys,

Someone down the street wants to poison the some pigeons because they're pooping on the area infront of his door. I'd like to know if there's any alternatives besides the spikes he's already put up.
